The Cellar is an active wine cellar and dining experience. The selection has been curated to showcase small producers, wines of typicity as well unique expressions, and sustainable wines from all around the world. We have a strong focus on Natural, Organic, Biodynamic, and Regenerative wines. The Cellar is constantly growing and currently offers 700+ wines with vintages dating back over 60 years.
