The Cellar is an active wine cellar and dining experience. The selection has been curated to showcase small producers, wines of typicity as well unique expressions, and sustainable wines from all around the world. We have a strong focus on Natural, Sustainable, Organic, and Biodynamic wines. The Cellar is constantly growing and currently offers 400+ wines with vintages from 1994 to the current vintage.
