1819 News Highlights The Hope Farm and Little Bird During Negroni Week

We’re excited to share that 1819 News recently highlighted The Hope Farm and Little Bird as both Fairhope restaurants participate in Negroni Week, taking place September 21–27, 2026. The annual event, sponsored by Imbibe and Campari, brings bars and restaurants together around special cocktails while supporting a charitable cause.

This year, proceeds benefit Slow Food, a nonprofit focused on food education and improving access to clean, responsibly produced food. In the article, Lane Ezell, Beverage Director at The Hope Farm, explains that the organization’s mission closely aligns with The Hope Farm’s own farm-to-table philosophy and commitment to food that is good for people, growers, and the planet.

The feature also highlights what makes The Hope Farm’s approach especially distinctive: much of the produce used on site is grown right on the property, giving guests the opportunity to see where their food comes from. The article also notes national recognition for The Hope Farm’s beverage program, including nominations from the James Beard Awards and Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.

For Negroni Week, The Hope Farm is offering three special cocktails — Fragaria Vesca, Silk Road, and Hidden Banana — while Little Bird is featuring The Summer Tanager and Mother Jones. Together, the two restaurants are celebrating creative cocktails, thoughtful hospitality, and a cause that reflects the values behind both concepts.
