We’re excited to share that Gulf Coast Media recently highlighted two September events coming to The Hope Farm for guests interested in cocktails, wine, and immersive food and beverage experiences.
The Art of Mixology Eastern Shore Bartender’s Championship will take place on September 10 from 6–9 p.m. with tickets priced at $75. The inaugural competition will bring together some of the region’s top bartenders for an evening of creativity, skill, and friendly rivalry as they compete for the title of champion.
Guests will have the chance to sample cocktails from each competitor and cast their votes for the People’s Choice winner while watching the competition unfold live. The evening will also include bites prepared by The Hope Farm’s culinary team, adding a food component to the cocktail-focused experience.
On September 12 from 3–5 p.m., The Hope Farm will continue its programming with The Wine Educational Series: Stepping into Burgundy. Led by Wine Director Will Jones, the class will introduce guests to Burgundy, one of France’s most celebrated wine-growing regions.
Participants will taste Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir from four different producers, while Will explores the region’s soil types, vinification methods, and the characteristics that make each wine unique. Sous Chef Emily Sherrer has also created small-bite pairings to accompany each wine, rounding out the tasting experience.
Together, these events reflect The Hope Farm’s ongoing focus on education, hospitality, and creating memorable ways for guests to connect over thoughtfully prepared food and drink.
