The Hope Farm, an urban farm and wine bar in Fairhope, Alabama, from father-son duo Robert and Bentley Evans, announces the opening of The Barn—a new on-premises restaurant. Serving as the farm’s latest venture, the newly renovated space offers premium coffee from Mobile-based craft coffee shop Nova Espresso in the mornings alongside The Hope Farm’s house-made pastries and a bistro-inspired menu for weekday lunch.
In line with The Hope Farm’s mission, The Barn’s seasonally rotating menu from Chef Adam Stephens utilizes produce from the property’s farm, blending top culinary talent from across the country with an abundance of local flavor to debut yet another elevated culinary experience for the estate.
