Join us as we sip on four different expressions of sparkling wine from different regions. We will start this journey in the United States with a glass of Gruet’s “Sauvage” bottling. This Blanc de Blanc from New Mexico is a vibrant example of Chardonnay from a burgeoning wine region. Bouncing off the blanc-de-blancs is brut rosé from Cava, Spain. Isaac Fernandez is our Cava for this occasion. Isaac makes his sparkling wine using old vine Garnacha and it is delightful. Following the fruit-driven style of cava, we take a pit stop in Italy and taste a beautiful example of Prosecco by Montinore Estate. Their Vivacé Rosé is the perfect sparkling to sip with friends throughout this season and their organic growing practices fit perfectly into our sustainable program. After Montinore, we finish in one of the most iconic wine-growing regions in the world, Champagne, France. Our final stop on our bubble tasting is a small producer we have come to love, Collet. Collet is not your typical blend and utilized a Pinot Meunier heavy blend as their house style. This champagne is sure to wow us as the showstopper finally and might just be your new favorite dinner party champagne.
