On Thursday, May 4th, we will host Thomas Monroe, the owner and winemaker of Division Wine Company for a cutting edge wine tasting and dinner. Division Wine Company is based in Portland, Oregon. Their wines are breaking down the wall of conventional wine making and pushing the conversation of sustainability in the vineyards and winemaking facilities.
At this dinner we will talk about their process, principals, and taste an assortment of different wines created by their team. Our Chef Adam Stephens will thoughtfully pair food courses with each wine.
