What began in June 2020 as a modest wine and tapas bar has blossomed into a 6,000-square-foot restaurant and gathering place founded by father-son team Robert and Bentley Evans. Even without formal restaurant experience, they leaned into their love of community, sustainable farming, and thoughtful hospitality to create something truly special.
At the heart of The Hope Farm is a deep commitment to sustainable growing practices. Using hydroponic systems, the team cultivates pesticide-free produce year-round, conserving water and maximizing fresh harvests. From the signature Mushroom Toast to vibrant hydroponic greens and fragrant herbs, much of what appears on your plate is grown right on site.
The restaurant’s menu reflects this farm-driven philosophy, pairing what’s grown on the property with locally sourced meats, seafood, and regional ingredients.
