For our November class, our curators Raleigh Swan and Lane Ezell will be guiding the class through the world of Scotch. From Speyside and the Highlands to Islay and the peat bombs, Scotch is more versatile than you might think. For the first time ever in The Barn, we’ll be tasting through different Scotch expressions and trying a few Scotch-based cocktails!
