What is skin contact? Skin contact is what gives wine color and texture. Think about the differences between white wine, rose, red wines, and the most recent conversation, orange wine. All of these wines have one common factor, how long were they on the skins, or were they? In this class, our Wine Director, William Jones, will walk us through this conversation while we taste four different wines that show this spectrum with paired bites by our Chef Emily Ackerman!
